B2B2dot0 is heading to Reykjavik, Iceland

Onward to Reykjavik!

Our fifth annual Executive Retreat is now booked!

In early September, we’re heading to Reykjavik Iceland, the northernmost capital city in the world.  We’ll reflect on our performance, update our goals and plans, and…celebrate our successes.  It’s hard to believe that this is already our fifth retreat.  Our first Executive Retreat was in Zurich, then we went to Budapest, Prague and were in Madrid last year.  What started out as simply a way for workers in the virtual world to occasionally break real bread together, has evolved into an important marker of time, progress, accomplishment and friendship.

This year is going to be especially exciting for us because Adrienne Wilson will be joining us for the first time.  Adrienne, as many of you know, has headed up our Business Development efforts almost from day one, and has been (and continues to be) instrumental to the growth of our company.  It’s going to be great to have her there because I see our time in Reykjavik as pivotal in the life of B2B2dot0.

We’re literally having a phenomenal year since Madrid.

We’re generating record revenues, distributing record profits, signing new clients, launching new products, and establishing new partnerships.  The tone of this year’s retreat is how do we maintain this momentum and scale the company without compromising our commitments to our clients and employees. We’re in the right place at the right time.  We have to put in place the plan to capture the moment.

We need all the brainpower we can muster (summon the ghost of Bobby Fischer?) to chart our course.  Having the core team that got us here (Adrian Zehnder, Joe Pryor, Adrienne Wilson and myself) together for a week stacks the deck in our favor.

I can’t wait!

P.S. – Why Reykjavik?  Because none of us have ever been there and it’s in between Europe and the US.
