Corevist Acquires Grassroutes Networking

RALEIGH, NC, September 2017 – Corevist, a global provider of SAP eCommerce solutions, announced today that it will purchase Grassroutes Networking, a Raleigh-based provider of IT networking and security solutions. The deal will give Corevist full control of its IT stack, which hosts an SAP eCommerce application used by Fortune 100 and 500 companies around the globe. As Corevist’s international business continues to grow, this acquisition will bring more IT jobs to the Research Triangle.

While Grassroutes will operate as a separate company, the acquisition will allow Corevist to secure premium network access for its clients at a competitive price.
