Marketing Automation/ABM Manager

Overview:

The Marketing Automation/ABM Manager will build and manage sophisticated nurture programs that deliver amazing experiences for our audience and high-quality leads to our business. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the right candidate will work with content writers on the demand generation team to map the right content to the right place in the buying cycle and create automated campaigns to deepen client engagement within and across our solutions.

Additionally, you’ll be the first member of the new ABM team. This role will leverage marketing automation and SEM campaigns to jointly target priority accounts with sales. This role is ideal for those who have an interest in understanding what makes people tick, likes to experiment, and iterates appropriately.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Build, maintain, and be the authority on our marketing automation solution and ABM process
  • Understand and manage the entire lead to sales process, both from our ABM and Demand Generation processes
  • Provide analytical thought leadership to drive lead throughput to opportunities
  • Find creative ways to engage with our customer/prospect base to reduce churn
  • Measure and report on performance of drip campaigns, autoresponders, newsletters, webinars, and ABM campaigns
  • Regularly communicate findings and insights to other team members
  • Actively support and enforce the company’s data processes and standards

 

Required Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial experience or mindset
  • 3.7+ Undergraduate GPA
  • Strong work ethic/ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Preferred
  • Experience working with SAP a plus
